Viticulture: Farming for the Future @ Louck's Auditorium (Salem City Library)

Join us for a dynamic discussion about the future of farming and what “sustainability” really means. Mimi Casteel of Hopewell Vineyards will touch on topics that range from how farmers can positively change the fate of watersheds to how holistic farming builds nutrient dense foods and improves national food security, ending with why wine is magic. The program is open to the public with admission of $5 at the door with students free. For more information contact Jon Yoder at joyoder@wildblue.net.
