The second annual EarthWISE Sustainability Luncheon is fast approaching and represents your best opportunity to meet and eat with sustainability leaders in our community. The luncheon will be held at the Willamette Heritage Center’s Spinning Room on March 6, 2019, from 12:00-1:00 and is open to both EarthWISE organizations and the general public.
Luncheon participants will hear from successful leaders in the sustainability community, while learning about opportunities and actions from experts in the field. Also, select EarthWISE businesses/organizations will be honored with an EarthWISE Green Award for their amazing efforts to reduce waste and conserve resources while working toward a more sustainable Oregon.
Main Menu: Southwest Chopped Salad with Chicken.
Crisp romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, roasted corn and peppers, black beans, avocados, olives, and shredded cheese tossed in our chipotle ranch dressing and served in a large corn tostada shell (Gluten free).
Vegetarian: omit meat
