The EarthWISE Sustainability Luncheon is a multi-pronged event that promotes the successes of the past while charting steps toward a more sustainable future. The luncheon will be held at Broadway Commons on February 20, 2018 from 12:00-1:00 and is open to both EarthWISE organizations and the general public.

Luncheon participants will hear from successful leaders in the sustainability community, while learning about opportunities and actions from experts in the field. Also, three select EarthWISE businesses/organizations will be honored with an EarthWISE Green Award for their amazing efforts to reduce waste and conserve resources while working toward a more sustainable Oregon.

Main Menu: Ginger Sesame Chicken Salad – crisp cabbage with carrots, celery, edamame beans, sweet bell peppers, and cilantro topped with our marinated chicken and crispy wonton strips. Served with toasted sesame dressing.
Vegetarian option: Same salad as above but topped with marinated tofu
Dessert: Matcha Green Tea Cheesecake
